I joined RE/MAX in 1986 (1st office in my area, 5th office in the state of New Jersey) after 7 years in the real estate business. It changed my life and my attitude. Prior to that I was with another company, and became a top producer. At RE/MAX I built a business for myself but not by myself! Since then I have been a RE/MAX owner. Many of the realtors I worked on recruiting are now RE/MAX realtors. It was very difficult in the beginning but the system has proven itself. I am now back to sales and am mentoring another salesperson.
