After obtaining a commerce degree and a diploma in finance, Mr. Aashil Patel joined Madhuvan Securities Pvt. Ltd as a Business development manager, where he acquired immense knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate industry and the way it operates.

Ltd, which is actively involved in buying of land, clearing land titles and attaining all the necessary permissions or regularizations for the development of projects. He is also involved in marketing, administrative and business functions of the companies and has always proved instrumental in client interactions or preliminary business dealings. Not only does he hold a prestigious L. L. B degree but has also cleared the AMFI certification test (Advisors Module) and a Capital Market (Dealers) Module from National Stock Exchange. Rajeev with a career spanning more than 8 years of diverse experience in BPO/KPO, back office,  and successfully headed a KPO in Gurgaon, Harayana.

Rajeev was a core team member of RE/MAX India who helped in bringing RE/MAX in India, worked as a Franchise Sales and Development Manager for almost 2.5 years. Currently appointed as a Regional Director of RE/MAX Chennai.

Rajeev is a certified realtor in India and completed real estate management training from National Real Estate development Council of India. He is also a member of Association of certified realtors in India.
